KittyCatS Goes SteamPunk For A Cure!

♂  RFL - TIME FOR A CHANGE - SteamPunk Golden
The endless creativity put into the designs of KittyCatS' specials is just blowing me away!
Saturday the 19-th of May KittyCatS has introduced a new special collectable design exclusively made for Relay For Life (RFL) from which 100% of the proceeds go to RFL in Second Life.
A signature event of the American Cancer Society.
Each year this event is organized in Second Life as well as in real life in the USA and via many different other local cancer societies all over the world which have partnered with the American Cancer Society.
Via these Relay For Life events communities raise funds for their local cancer society.
The list of participating countries is still growing.
Last year I was Co-Chair for Relay For Life International Relations and had the incredible honour to work with devoted volunteers in Second Life to spread the word in multiple languages through people from all over the world who donated their spare time to translate crucial information notecards.
Via this and in other ways our goal was to create international awareness about what Relay For Life is and how this exists in many countries and communities.
By interviewing the different RFL team captains via a notecard and asking them which nationalities were represented in their teams last year we have noticed more than 95 different participating countries in Second Life alone!
As a volunteer I have discovered the KittyCatS last year and well,... the rest is history ...
♀ RFL - TIME FOR A CHANGE - SteamPunk Goldie
This year KittyCatS has contributed with these adorable SteamPunk cats for the fundraiser and they have kicked off with these super detailed designs: The SteamPunk KittyCatS series.
KittyCatS is also a sponsor of a Relay For Life entertainment sim and nothing will stop our community from having fun, so we all look forward to Relay For Life!
KittyCatS' designer Callie Cline has told in the KittyCatS group chat yesterday she has created these new collectable KittyCatS with a good friend in mind she has recently lost to cancer.
Cancer effects everyone wether you hear the words "You have cancer" or one of your friends or lovedones does.
And therefore it is about time for a cure and to Celebrate, Remember & Fight Back.
Celebrate those who have won their battle against cancer, remember those who have lost their battle and to fight back in finding a cure by raising as much funds and awareness as we possibly can.
With buying these new SteamPunk kitties you are not only buying a kitty which can breed and which you will likely fall in love with but you also obtain a "ticket" for life, hope and a cancer free future and to bring us closer to finding a cure!
And it is about time to find a cure, now isn't it?
Speaking of which,... This exactly meets the theme of this years RFL in Second Life: "Time for A Cure".
With buying one or more of the SteamPunk KittyCatS at either the Home & Garden Expo or in the KittyCatS Main Store you can't go wrong as you donate to such an important cause.Wether you want a Steampunk kitty as a pet or to breed one thing I know for sure you will not regret to join the KittyCatS community!

RFL - TIME FOR A CHANGE - SteamPunk Nickel
The KittyCatS community is awesome, kind, helpful and vibrant!
And these kitties are different from other breedables.
KittycatS can be a care free pet which does not eat and does not breed by making it a permapet via the permapet vitamin obtainable in the KittyCatS vitamin department.
This can be done if the kitty is 7 days or older.
You can also just have the kitty as good company and set breed off  while your cat eats 50% less than kitties which breed or you can ofcourse breed the kitty and discover the wonderful world of the KittyCatS genes and traits.
The KittyCatS owners like to think of their product as cats which can breed and this is so true!
There are plenty of different ways in which KittyCatS lovers like to have their cats.
From die hard breeders to small breeders and from people with just one or two cats to people who breed for fun or even to a make business from and everything in between.
One thing we all have in common is that we adore KittycatS and meet eachother in this shared passion.
Feel like having your kitty today?
You can obtain them at two locations and with each kitty you will receive enough food to feed a kitty for one week.
Visit KittyCatS at the Home & Garden Expo >
These special limited edition KittyCatS are also obtainable in the KittyCatS Main Store >
There are four different kitties randomly given by the vendor.
Traditionally you can try to trade any double purchases you did with other community members in the KittyCatS Addicts group during the time special kitties are being sold.

KittyCatS and how to Budget ...

My Latest Pride - Siamese Flame
Having pets which can breed is fun but can bring unexpected costs and therefore disillusionment if you are unaware of that up front.
Because there is a market for well bred cats, one is off best to take in consideration the market knows fluctuations.
Fluctuations as a slower market can be influenced by for example the summer season, when new specials and limited available editions just have been released by KittyCatS, the end of the month, the economic crisis or the generally more expensive Christmas holiday season.
Since the need to feed your cats continues despite these fluctuations it is wise to set a budget for your hobby before you start having and especially breeding them.
The budget one can make available might vary and it is important to do the math how many cats you can feed and have regardless of sales.
In this post I would like to focus on some tips and tricks to keep breeding fun and effordable within a given budget.
I myself like to take sales of cats not at all in consideration if it comes to my budget which makes me a happy breeder even if the market is slow.
When one is dependent on sales to be able to have cats or expects the cats to pay for themselves under all circumstances might want to reconsider because this can lead to desperate fire sales which bring damage to the market in the long run.
And eventhough it is tempting to have the latest and the greatest first it is worth while waiting a bit till a certain trait or fur is more common on the market before purchasing it.
I have noticed a tendency in which people ask 30k-60k Lindens for a new trait, most of the time furs, while when you think of it this it is a risky business.
Certainly so if you expect to get your investment back.
Once I have purchased a new fur but this was because I could not wait any longer as I loved the Siamese Flame so much and till today it is still my favorite fur and therefore I have never regretted I did.
I can not call this really an investment, I was just in love with it and I have not set the fur for sale for long as I wanted to breed pretty traits into it first and once I was done with this and brought some on the market I made decent sales but I can honestly say if it was for making money it was not the most wise thing to do.
Balinese Seal Lynx
Recently I got a Balinese Seal from my Love Leopard starter kitty based on pure luck and eventhough I could sell the fur alone for 60k easily I just didn't.
I feel uncomfortable doing so.
I prefer to wait till the market for these has normalised and I can take some pride in making this fur really desirable with nice traits.
Just selling a fur for an astronomical amount without any traits is just not my thing.
While at the same time I don't want to damage the market for those who do by selling it for a lower price.
Once you have decided on a budget for yourself you might find some furs or favorite traits you want to breed with and combine to create your ideal kitty.
Remember there are, since the most recent new traits release during the easter special, approximately 50 million different possible combinations to create a cat so you can really make your own signature kitties.
Some people like to pick one or two furs to work with and specialize themselves this way in a certain fur.
This is a good way to keep the amount of live and eating cats lower.
If you are like me and want to see more different furs in your cattery it is always a possibility, should you need to cut down on the amount of cats you have, to keep a couple of boxes from a certain project so you can easily pick this project back up later.
If your breedable couple made kitties which are "better" in the sense they revealed the traits you did put into the project it is wise to bring the parents to menagerie and start a new generation or back breed the better kitty.
After all you don't want to give away your unfinished projects by selling the parents for a lower price than when they would show all the traits you wanted from them.
With each cat or box you bring to menagerie you earn 50K$ to give you an idea 100L$ = 250K$ which can be spent in the KittyCatS Main Store (excluding furniture).
If you are very keen on bringing kitties to menagerie which are outdated you make sure you don't feed more kitties than you strictly need to to bring a project to a good end.
Also a possibility is if you are really attached to kitties to take them into inventory and bring them back in world when you have room again in your cattery to feed and breed them.
Sick Kitty
A kitty without food gets sick in 3 days but fortunately never dies.
It takes a week for a kitty to recover from being sick if it has access to food again or you could obtain the "Get Well" vitamin if you want to cure the kitty instantly.
I'm a bit of a funky person: I like to time stamp the kitties I want to breed in later instance by naming them with the date of birth and some other specifics for me to easily recognise them.
Just so I know how much breeding days of the 120 are left for me to breed the kitty in.
There is a sub culture as well for special kitties no longer available for sale in the KittyCatS Main Store but released for a limited amount of time during a certain special event or holiday and these kitties can become very desirable in the long run for new members of the KittyCatS community who like to collect Limited Edition cats.
I like to keep a couple of those behind to sell in later instance because the profit which can be made on these is very interesting most of the time.
Even if this special is retired or no longer breedable.
When special kitties are released they go for an affordable amount while if you are patient you can make a nice profit on them by keeping them boxed or live in inventory or ofcourse bring them to the recently released Online Cattery.
What I like to do is having a couple of starters in my cattery and see if I am lucky in collecting some new traits.
Normally I don't have more than 3 starters at the same time unless there just was a big holiday release.
The reason for this is it takes having more than one breed and therefore more live cats to figure out all the traits that are hidden in a cat so I have to have enough financial space doing so.
Part of my KittyCatS Storage:-)
Breeding can be absolutely fun when you set a budget and when you stick to it.
Eventhough cats can sell for large amounts it is best to see it as a hobby and as with every hobby there needs to be a budget for it.
Breeding cats from a business point of view might be possible but is likely to lead to disappointments.
The KittyCatS community is by far the best Second Life community I have ever been part of.
I think the reason for this is people share the same passion and love for KittyCatS and not only the breeders love them but the owners and the customer service do as well:-)
Owners actively take part in group chat and you will find a great community which loves to help eachother.
In previous posts I have spoken about KittyCatS Genetics and a post on how all different aspects of having and feeding kitties works and how to start as well as about the new Online Cattery which might be helpful for you to read to learn more about these amazing creatures many of us really love:-)

KittyCatS Update 1.14 - Breeding Without Using Prims!

New Hold Pose in KittyCatS! 1.14 Update
An absolutely amazing new update is introduced by KittyCatS.
One so unexpected, innovative and clever it brought me in kind of a paralysed and euphoric state at first as I felt overloaded with all the new possibilities.
KittyCatS is the first breedable in Second Life which made it possible to breed without having to use prims!
Prims are always the issue, for most, or the limitation of prims one has available.
The amount of prims available in a cattery has a high impact on how we breed.
Ofcourse often we make jokes in the group about the fact we don't need a couch, roof, plants, nature and furniture as long as we have our cats and for the die hards this is só true.
The low prim mode has made a huge difference already but this recent update will just blow you away I promise you that much.
The dialogue menu of the kitties have been changed and currently we can click a cat and bring it to our online cattery.
The cat disappears from Second Life and will appear in your online cattery.
So when you, for example, have two kitties you want to breed but you need to delete an other plant or side table again to be able to do that, freeze,... don't do it and bring them to your online cattery!
In the KittyCatS Main Store lobby you can get a free "KittyCatS! CaTTery Dock" which you place in your cattery and when you click that dock and click "Cat to SL" your browser will open and you can select the kitty you need and it will be delivered to you on the Dock, now how about that?!
Low Prim Mode
How do you feed the kitties you might wonder?
This is very simple.
You can use you menagerie K$ for this or you can obtain a Gift Card with K$ value for yourself or someone else and it is also possible to pay the dock directly with L$ to increase your amount of K$ currency.
In your Online Cattery you can obtain food, milk and vitamins, partner and unpartner cats and what not.
If you own both menagerie K$ and Gift Card K$ it will first use the Gift Card balance or the L$ you have paid to your dock.
I heard unconfirmed rumours the menagerie K$ are to give us access to special items only obtainable via K$ collected via using menagerie and if only half of this is true you might prefer to save these for later.
The beauty of this system is that as long as you have an up to date dock all cats and boxes brought in SL via the dock are up to date instantly.
For those who have a gigantic stock of boxes in their unreliable Second Life inventory which needs to be rezzed every time an update is available,... wait no longer and bring them in your Online Cattery!
It is super convenient wether you use it as storage or to actually breed.
Via the Dock or the KittyCatS website you can visit your cattery just so you can manage your kitties when you are away, when you are on vacation even or when you have other RL obligations, and this by using your tablet or your smartphone.

KittyCatS! Online Cattery
Simply hover your cursor on a kitty to see more options appear such as to wake the kitty up, add vitamins, partner a kitty, rename it or visit it's pedigree.
Investigating your cats and their breeds is easy and convenient.
You are one click away from checking out your boys, girls, partnered kitties and the boxes they produce.
Because the cats breed in the online cattery as well.
KittyCats Resident (scripter) mastered this in excellence!
The new update 1.14 contains a new pose to hold our kitties and allows young kitties, Teacups and Toy Cats to sit on the left or the right shoulder.
And much wanted by the community unboxing a breed no longer takes 30 minutes but 15 minutes only!
Starter cats still take 5 minutes to unpack.
This fascinating new way of breeding has no boundaries and is super convenient for those with a humble home with a limited amount of available prims:-)

CaTTery Dock - Delivery of My Kitty in SL:-)
Soon I hope they will update the online cattery with the possibility to store live cats we currently have in inventory waiting for the permapet treatment or for other reasons want to keep without having the costs of feeding them.
Because if food and/or milk is available in the online cattery each live cat nibbels from it.
Currently we have to rezz each of these cats to be able to update them and what would be more convenient than just get our updated CaTTery Dock, when one is available, knowing every cat brought in world is up to date instantly!

KittyCatS - Easter Collection 2012

fUn fLoWer
The new KittyCatS Easter 2012 Collection is currently available in the KittyKittyCatS' Main Store for a limited amount of time.
This pair of fUn fLoWer kitties comes as a couple and their first breed will be something special which is a surprise yet.
My Flower kitties just became 7 days old and are starting to gain love so it will take about a week to know what special kities they will give:-)
With this Easter release KittyCatS has introduced new traits as well.
These traits are not exclusive to these special starter kitties but will also be available in the regular starters.
On the left you see the girl of the couple called "Garden Gaze" and the green kitty is named "Garden Green".
The textures of the kitties are hand drawn by KittyCatS designer Callie Cline and she has told us she had so much colours in mind for this collection which she needed to delete because the community felt slightly overloaded by the past releases and asked KittyCatS to release less kitties this time:-)
And so they did but they brought a super cute series of four "Delectable Darlings".
Kitties covered with chocolate and bunny ears and tail.
Honestly, they are so cute and let many community members crave for chocolate.
I admit the day of the release I have eaten chocolate because there was no way out LOL.
The Delectable Darlings are part of a random vendor but unlike past specials the chances are equal.
This time there is no specific pair or gender which is hard to get.
There is a difference between the boys and the girls though and this can be noticed by their eyes.
Convenient because if you are like me and like to keep your double purchases boxed for later you can see what gender you have.
Coconut Milk: The male has a mysterious eyes shape and a small pupil.
The girl of the Coconut Milk series has a curious eye shape and a small pupil.
The boy of the Sumptuous Swirl series has a mysterious eye shape and a small pupil while the girl has a mysterious eye shape and a big pupil.
The boy of the Whimsical White series has a mysterious eye shape and a big pupil and the girl has a curious eye shape and a small pupil.
The Dark Decadence couple both have a mysterious eye shape but the boy has a small pupil and the girl a big pupil.
The Delectable Darlings come to you in a cute chocolates birth box and the fUn fLoWers couple in a pot with flowers.
Take notice the text on the chocolates box: made in the USA and made from the finest imported Belgian & Swiss chocolate.
Does this have anything to do with where the KittyCatS owners live?
Each special kitty comes with a love 5 vitamin, a week of food for one kitty, a love drop and portable food snacks so your kitty can snack while you carry it with you when you visit this friend, attend an event or go for a shopping spree.
The portable food snacks contain enough to feed one kitty a week.
The fUn fLoWers contain two of these extra goodies as they come in a pair.
Find this Easter release in the KittyCatS Main Store »
Oh, and while you are there four Easter eggs are hidden on the sim.
If you have found and clicked each one of them and then click the egg in the lobby you will receive a cute little shoulder pet which does not eat and does not breed.
As it is copyable it is a great goody to dress up your store or your home for Easter or just carry it with you:-)

My V-Day Starter Showed Me His Hidden Fur ...

Love Leopard - Daddy of The Year!
A while ago I wrote a post about my Love Leopard Valentine's special and how I bred him with a Bengal Snow and together they gave me a Bengal Snow kitten.
Recently the Bengal Snow was retired from the KittyCatS starter kitties so in cases as such in the future we know for a fact when we breed a starter against a Bengal Snow and the breed is a Bengal Snow it hides something different for sure.
This is an amazing move from KittyCatS to retire the most recessive fur of the older furs just so we know when we use this fur against a starter it most definately doesn't hide a Bengal Snow but something more recessive.
Therefore having a well and recessively traited Bengal Snow in one's cattery is more essential and priceless than ever!
Anyway by then I had no idea if perhaps this cute little Love Leopard did just hide a Bengal Snow so I have tested the offspring on the most recessive fur I owned the Abyssinian Black - Silver and the big surprise was it gave me an Abyssinian Black - Silver.
Only two options were left either this kitty was hiding an Abyssinian Black - Silver or a highly rare and very recessive fur from the Balinese series.
I have bred the two Bengal offspring from my Love Leopard, which in the mean while became my dear permapet, with eachother and two weeks in a row they gave me their shown fur: a Bengal Snow.
One of these I kept because it showed the Odyssey Rainbow eyes, a curious tail and lots more goodies so I hope one of the parents gave it's hidden fur to that kitty which I'm currently testing.
This Bengal offspring is now 6 days old.
Balinese - Seal Lynx
Today was my new chance and maybe they would reveal their hidden fur to me.
I was almost scared to check the box when I received one because yes the chance was high it was the Abyssinian Black - Silver I already own ...
But no, it was a Balinese Seal Lynx and OMG besides very rare these cats are so amazingly cute!
They have a little naughty outcome because of the dusty grey marks on their feet and in their faces.
My dream is to breed in the new Light Wash eyes which I don't own yet.
Since I have seen the magazine cover on which Callie holds a Balinese with these eyes I'm hooked to these looks as well as the plush 2 tone whiskers so I have a lot of breeding work to do and I'm very looking forward to this!
Read my earlier post to see the magazine and get linked to the BOSL issue in which Callie Cline gives an interview »
Recently I found a Genesis Flame with Mint Julep eyes on the market for a reasonable price and this Flame which I obtained I called Pepperminty and she is hiding a Bengal Snow.
These eyes I will breed onto my Balinese till I might get the new Light Wash eyes.
I can't wait to see what that will look like!
I will be sure to spam the KittyCatS FlickR Group with it when I have accomplished this:-)

In the mean while the Easter KittyCatS Special has been released in the KittyCatS Main Store »
A little hint,...
Make sure you have some real chocolate in stock as you will crave for it I quarantee you!
I bought mine already and I can't wait to see what fur and other traits they will hide for me:-)
Also these Easter kitties have been updated with new traits also available in the new regular starters.

KittyCatS has retired traits and furs from their new starters and Easter kitties so if you own the traits you can still breed them though.
I did my shopping after this announcement to have the retired traits boxed I do not have in my cattery.

More about KittyCatS Genetics ...

Dressed up Kayleigh's Breeds logo kitty:-)
Saga Felix, a respected, knowledgable breeder, auctioneer and dear friend uncovered the smart KittyCatS genetics which gave us loads of freedom in how we like to breed our kitties, how to work towards a goal, to create our perfect kitty and what the best way is to achieve this.
The kittyCats breeders "bible" for this are her publicly viewable Google Docs in which she documents all traits and their recessiveness in comparison to eachother with the help of the KittyCatS community.
These docs are updated regularly as new traits are found and discovered what their dominance order is.

In this post I would like to zoom in on breeding and which different options people have to breed.
This can be done via starter kitties obtainable in the KittyCatS Main Store »
Cool about starters is we never know which traits they hide so they are pretty much surprise kitties.
Starter Kitties show genesis traits only and are not transferable while their breeds are.
Custome kitties better known as special kitties often released during holidays are limited editions by their fancy customes and are basically starter kitties as well.
The difference is sometimes special genes related to a specific release are linked to these custome kitties and are hidden behind their starter coats.
If this is the fact KittyCatS tells us this and an other difference is special kitties are often transferable unless they are a give away such as the recent birthday kitties.
Everything that carries something else than a genesis trait is called a non genesis trait.
The kitty's fur is a trait as well.

The Genesis 2 Starter Kitties
Non genesis traits are ofcourse more appreciated than genesis traits and how much they are valued highly depends on how new, recessive or desirable a trait is or how appealing a kitty with a certain trait combination looks.
Generally if a person breeds his/ her ideal kitty and loves the outcome of it there is certainly a public for these kitties.
So basically it is mostly a matter of taste as well and given the fact we have so many different furs, eyes, tails, ears and what not to choose from to create our ideal kitty we are able to compose our own unique kitty.
And honestly breeding what you like and not per se highly anticipate with market demand likely will give you more breeding joy as you will not feel pressure to have the latest and the greatest as these often go for huge amounts and soon enough are old news and if you desire them affordable.

If you have put efforts in your breed and love the result likely others will too.
Some breeders can determine from who's cattery a kitty comes because they can recognise a signature in such a kitty.
Recently Callie Cline has sent out a group notice in which she uncovered the figure on how many different combinations are possible to breed our ideal and unique kitty, with the current amount of available traits which is ever growing, and this is the dazzling amount of  24 million!

A kitty can have a total of nine non genesis traits:

  • Fur (everything but genesis)
  • Eyes (everything but genesis)
  • Eye shape (mysterious)
  • Pupil shape (small)
  • Tail shape (everything but genesis)
  • Ears (everything but normal)
  • Whisker colour (everything but silver)
  • Whisker shape (everything but guitar)
  • Shade (everything but natural)

Randomly it is possible to breed a tiny teacup cat or a somewhat larger toy cat.
This is not considered to be a trait as there is no way to control wether you get a teacup or a toy cat.
Traits are therefore elements we can have influence on.
This is why teacup and toy kitties are not considered a trait.
There are big fans of toys and teacups though so there definately is  a market for them and these fans might even desire such a kitty more than a similar kitty with a normal size.

One option is as said to obtain a starter kitty and try to figure out what the kitty is hiding.
The best way to do this is to put your most recessively traited kitty against this starter.
For example when the starter hides a very common and not so recessive fur it can still hide very recessive ears, whiskers or other traits.
By putting a recessive cat against a starter it is not only a effective way to find out what a kitty might hide but also to load the kitty with good traits in advance.
Fur is for most considered to be the most valuable trait but this does not mean when your starter gives a more common (not as wanted) fur you should quit on the offspring too easy especially because recently new and more recessive traits have been introduced, and not only furs.
There basically are two different approaches to figure out which recessive traits your starter might hide.
One is back breeding if the kitten has the other gender than the starter or sibling breeding which is my favorite approach eventhough it takes longer.

The positive aspect of sibling breeding is you can keep both the genes from the starter, if they unconvered any, as well as the partner of the starter.
In some cases though you might like a faster outcome and breed the kitty back to the starter in which case you might lose the traits you pulled in to the genes via the partner of the kitty but they can also  still be hidden which  in some cases is hard to know for sure.

If the starter's offspring has genesis traits mixed with non genesis traits you know for a fact behind the genesis traits the genes of the partner of the starter are hidden assuming this partner indeed has non genesis traits on these specific genes.

So a way of starting with breeding kittycats is buying a recessive multi traiter on the market and buy a starter or you can purchase kitties you like on the market and combine them.
Either way I can highly recommend to read Saga Felix's trait talk and to study the genes dominance order on her publicly available Google docs »
To read these documentations you need a Google account.

If you like to puzzle and like to learn more about genetics, are patient and would love to connect to a vibrant, inviting and friendly community I can really recommend to breed KittyCatS!

Underneath some valuable resources to get you started:

KittyCatS Official Group Without Chat »
KittyCatS Official FlickR Group »
The KittyCats Price Check Group »
Saga Felix's Google Docs »

*TIP* Ask the KittyCatS staff either in the Main Store or via the official group for a notecard with landmarks to secondary markets and individual sellers.
There is a lot to learn on the markets such as the variety of kitties available, the prices sellers give on kities and if a pedigree sign is displayed with a cat or box you can click that and look in it it's genetic history to learn more about the kitty.
Sellers generally are very open to questions and like to help you.
Markets often organize live auctions which are very educational as well.

KittyCatS St. Patrick's Day 2012 - Lucky Irish Clover

Leprecats & Leprekitty
I remember all too well when I just joined the community of KittyCatS back in July there was this extremely rare kitty called the Leprekitty (most right on the picture) which was randomly birthed during St. Patrick's Day 2011.
During this time KittyCatS sold Leprecats and these could bring a Leprekitty and there would only be 100 births.
See the documentation of the birthed Leprekitties from last year >
I'm so extremely happy I wasn't part of this special event by then because this would not have been almost funny to me.
As a collector of all specials from KittyCatS I like to have a fair chance to receive a special rare edition.
I was able though to obtain this highly desired Leprekitty afterwards on the market for an astronomical amount I'm not going to mention.
This year KittyCatS released a clothes line and for St. Patricks day these special outfits my kitties wear on the picture, isn't that cute?!
This year KittycatS released the "Lucky Irish Clover Eyes", amazingly pretty and very rare emerald eyes which are randomly birthed between the 17-th and the 19-th of march on our regular kitties.
Limited to only one breed per avatar but not guaranteed.
Can you imagine the mess in the preparation of this special?
I'm very much COD and I needed to seperate the boys from the girls for this purpose.
To make sure my kitties didn't give birth to early OMG!
I was totally out of my comfortzone but it was more than worth it!
I got my Lucky Irish Clover eyes on my very dear chateau cat Black & White also known as "moo cat" which hides a chateau Grey & White and I só adore these cats!
Lucky Irish Clover
And since these emerald eyes pass I will soon have them on my Grey & White kitties.
The original shown eyes of the cats will still be there and the emerald eye trait will be the hidden.
But eventhough when these cats are birthed the emerald eyes are shown it really are custome eyes though in the direct background as a hidden trait these emerald eyes are present.
I think the structure of the eye texture is awesome, the variations in colour added make these eyes look very realistic and precious.
KittyCatS continues to amaze me in how they make breeding so much fun with their lovely designs, entertaining events and specials and their ungoing devotion towards their customers and community.
They really make sure we are entertained to the max:-)
Never a dull moment in Second Life with KittyCatS!
